The Disability Connect Mentoring Scheme is a reverse mentoring scheme that provides business leaders and managers with a disabled mentor to increase their awareness of disability and disability issues in the workplace to help them explore a different point of view to improve their business.
The mentee and mentor will complete a registration form. The mentee will then be strategically paired with a disabled mentor that matches their aims and objectives for participating in the scheme.
